Residential or Home Based Business	$75 / hr (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) Additional 50% after hours, weekends, holidays
Commercial	$90 / hr (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) Additional 50% after hours, weekends, holidays
Discount	15% OFF for labour on computers dropped off and picked up by the client at our location between 9am and 5pm, Monday till Friday
Minimum Charge	1 hour
Time Increments	Prorated to the actual number of minutes after the first hour, no overcharging!
Travel In Vancouver	Free, both ways in Vancouver City.
Travel Outside Vancouver	Please add one-way travel time to the service time. The other half of the travel time is free.
Forms Of Payment	We accept all forms of payments: Cash Interac (on-line banking) Checks Credit Cards (please add 5% handling fee) PayPal (please add 5% handling fee) Wire Transfers

Terms: for residential service payable upon receipt; for businesses payable in full within 30 days of the invoice. Late payments over 30 days are subject to all additional costs of collection plus interest 2% per month, compounded daily.
